英国外交大臣多米尼克·拉布(Dominic Raab)日前在一份声明中表示，英国将向全区贫困国家捐赠1亿剂次的阿斯利康疫苗。他在声明中表示：“我们这样做是为了帮助最脆弱的群体，我们都知道， 除非每个人都安全，否则我们谁也不安全。”

据英国大使馆称，这些疫苗预计将于本周离开英国，因此本周内将交付给菲律宾。
